Technology Transfer

The technology transfer occurs in the first day when a project kickoff. The scientific team of client uses the standard forms which EPI developed to confirm process units, parameters and quality constraints. Every single CPP will be analised whilst the CQA is to be satisfied. Consequently, the System Design Space decides the holistic arrangement of plant process systems.

Process Modeling

Process model is a computer representation of entire and integrated biopharmaceutical production plant. It is developed on a computer, by using proven commercial software. The equipment capacity, operational activities, logistic, washing, sterilizing, turn around, and process alternatives will be challenged. Therefore, the project owner can find risk of capital expenditure, balance equipment OEE, debottleneck process, calculate consumables, maximize batch numbers, and lower production cost.

Our process simulation experts work with client together to establish the model. We also provide training in order our client is able to use the model which was set up in conceptual design stage to compare the conditions of real production to improve the shop operations.
